   Interesting you have a dog . I was a pet sitter for 18 yrs and wanted to start a a kennel at my home. Not so much akennel but a doggy dude ranch. Small and intimate. But beuraceacy got in the way. I have the land, Took out an equity loan but the economy (gas prices) made me back of. Then the bank cut of the well paid eqity line after they got bailed out. I did all of this because of demand. But I had no fence or facilities here.Got started but got blocked by hte bank canceling the equty line.
