Check out http://www.sidestep.com — They'll search pretty much every airline website/search engine out there, and have a great selection of different ways to modify the search. I found $160 airfare from BWI – ORD, and ORD – DFW (multiple stop flights) on there, which is cheaper than bus, train, or driving. Best of luck.
