san diego move from denver area , getting confused!!!!!!?
Hi All,
Thanks to everyone who responded to last ????s. I have gone on Craigslist, greatschools, and gotten wonderful responses from many of you. Thanks. However, I'm just as confused as ever as to which neighborhood to live in. Husband will be working in Lakeside. We have a 10 year old, a 9 year old, and a 15 year old. One person will say one town is great for a family, another will say it sucks. money is a deal too. $4,000 a month is what we will make. Poway seems too expensive from what i'm seeing on Craigslist. I'm starting to panic as to what to do! We as everyone else would like to live close to the beach, but don't want to commute any more than 25 minutes from where my husband works. We are looking to move from Colorado around June 15th, I know that we won't miss the freakin cold weather, but we are really confused, We dont want to make a big mistake by not being able to afford to live.
As anyone would know, our kids are our world, and we want to do the right thing for them.
lakeside is kind of ghetto. some parts of el cajon are ghetto, so is santee. why dont you try san carlos, allied gardens, serra mesa, clairemont? Those are nice places.
